Vision

Our vision at Foundation of Earth is to see a future where everyone is conscious of how fragile our Earth really is, and we all contribute to make her a better place for us and our future generations.

Mission

Our mission is to use every available resource available at our disposal, from replacing plastic with bamboo straws and utensils, a much more environmentally safe and bio-degradable alternative..

As you may or not know, methane has more than 80 times the warming power of CO2 over the first 20 years it reaches the atmosphere. Though CO2 has a longer impact on the environment, methane is the culprit in the short term. It is a proven fact that 25% of today’s global warming is due to human actions today.

It will be our mission to reduce methane emissions by using Drones to help detect methane leaks from natural gas pipelines and storage facilities, probably the largest of emitters of methane gas today. With the usage of Drones, it is our desire to help oil and gas companies reduce their carbon footprint and to hopefully slow down or reverse the current trend of today’s global warmingy.

Another of our current programs is the support and development of the iboat, a robotic marine platform that is designed to remove waste and debris from the nation’s waterways and harbors either remotely or autonomously prior to usage by setting the parameters of the mission to be accomplished.

One of our long term goals is to help renewable energy sources (Wind turbines, solar Farms and waste to energy projects), to generate carbon credit offsets, equal to the amount of CO2 they displace, and to assist them to sell them on the market to companies looking for ways to offset their own carbon emissions. According to the Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), carbon finance has reached almost $5 trillion through 2020. That’s equal to about $480 million annually. The world needs at least $4.3 trillion in annual flows by 2030 to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.

We are striving to become a valuable member in this emerging market by helping companies sell and trade their carbon credit offsets in this growing and lucrative market. By participating we will be able to finance all of our programs to ensure a clean and environment for all of us and for our children and our children’s children.
