Mr. Wilson O. Cinco (Founder-President)
Founder-President
He is the main Founder of Friends of Earth Foundation (FOE) with its main vision towards preserving and protecting Mother Nature for the future generations. He spearhead this foundation in RMI to be one of the frontier in the global community by advocating Green Technology Products in the Majuro, Marshall Islands and Outer Islands. He answer this insurmountable task towards a noble cause.
In 2017 he is one of the Founder of MID-Pacific Solutions, LLC a US consultancy firm that deals on renewable energy primarily focus in mitigating global warming and greenhouse gas emission and carbon footprints. An advocate of renewable energy products that encouraged to move away from fossil fuel. He possess 35 years of worked experienced in reputable companies in the world such as San Miguel Corporations, Faxcable Philippines, AIM International, KSA and Moylan’s Insurance in the MID Pacific Regions.
In 2008 he was the President of HILOKSA a non-profit organization in Hilongos, Leyte Philippines that provide college scholarship program to the poorest of the poor. The organization also drives the tree planting and gift giving for the calamity victims in the Philippines.
Recently in 2020 he was nominated as one of the Board of Director of FAMI the Filipino Association in the Marshall Islands. He was appointed as the Board Chairman of the Road Reflectors Projects for two years term and his Team was able to realize the funding support from the high profile Nitijila Members and Government of the Marshall Islands.
He aspires to become a Technology Enterpreneur an added value to campaign Friends of Earth Foundation (FOE) to Global community via apps platform, website platform & funnels sites.
Mr. Lester Charles Lung (Founder-Chairman)
Co-Founder/VP-Grant & Funding
A seasoned professional with 49- years of experience in a large cross section of industries and governmental agencies. He determines solutions to chronic company issues. Seeks out appropriate projects to match funding sources from our available list of investment houses and private individuals.
When needed, Mr. Lung bring win-win solutions where disputes arise between companies’ vs government agencies and company vs company issues.
In his tertiary level, Mr. Lung took up Bachelor of Science of Business Administration in Rochester Institute Technology Rochester New York where he graduated in June 1976. In the course of his degree, he made a dean’s list in 1972-1974, and Independent Study 1975-1976.
Mr. Lung also took cooperative work-study program, defense supply agency-defense contract administrative services & the rochester institute of technology in East Hartford, Connecticut last June 1974-1976

Ms. Maybellie Rose Philip
Vice President-Operations
Maybellie went to Assumption School as her alma mater. She started her career as a Bank Teller at Bank of Marshall Islands from 2003-2011. She also worked in Accounts Payable & Human Resources among others. At present, she is working as Head Cashier Supervisor at Majuro True Value in RMI.
In addition, Ms. Philip also undergone anti-money laundering training at University of South Pacific. Maybellie demonstrates a practical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, a team leader, strong communication skills and the ability to work hard and being flexible.
Today, it is her warmth & passion that make her such a valuable resource to the company and to all those around her.
Marites G. Cinco
Treasurer/Finance Officer
Born & raised in Philippines, Marites acquired her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Virgen Milagrosa University in Philippines way back 1995. Adaptable, detail- oriented, with broad experience providing accountancy support. Expertise extends to financial analysis, regulatory compliance and system implementation. Tess is an innovative and driven accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. Possesses a broad technical skill set with proficiency in SAP Business One, Epicor, Microsoft Office & Quickbooks. Adept at maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements associated with Accountancy as well as internal protocols.
In 2012 she arrived in RMI to be with her husband. Recently she works at Majuro Do It Best as Assistant Accountant. Additionally, She demonstrated success—along with her expertise in adhering to regulatory and policy guidelines—prepares her to make a significant impact in the team. She believes that God sends everyone in this world with some potential and some noble purpose to serve.
