Our Non-Profit focuses on good governance of our organization. The frame assumes that the operation exists to achieved the establish goals, its specialization, and division of labor enhances productivity and its chain of command should function in an efficient way to meet its objectives. Pillars are built within the themes around our organization and that includes non-profit strategic plans, marketing plans and fund raising plans. These are the areas of our organization must focus in order to advance its mission and drive towards its vision no matter what. The characteristics to be organized, effective and self-driven. The corporate governance framework sets objectives, policies, values, culture, accountabilities and performance. Risk management and security risk management are integral component of effective corporate governance. Our Non-Profit organizational structure is divide into main functional areas such Governance, Administration and Programs. Our Non-Profit organizational chart helps expands on these areas and explain our Non-Profit internally and most importantly to the general public. It ensures a clear and concise mission statement that must outline the goals of the framework and how it benefit the organization. After creating the mission statement, we established the governing policies and procedures. We also include in our strategy our vision, analysis, target and plan. These needs to build on the foundation of an overarching vision that is meant to achieve. In this sense it is important to acquire guidance on the vision from supervisory authorities of the strategy.
